  • Inherited marrow failure syndromes such as Diamond Blackfan anemia, Fanconi anemia, and Shwackman Diamond syndrome.
  • Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia.  Cold agglutinin disease.
  • Hypercoagulability. Clotting issues.
  • Bleeding (including hemophilia, von Willebrand disease and platelet function disorders).
  • Porphyria.
  • Hemochromatosis. Iron overload.
  • Diseases such as hypereosinophilic syndrome, amyloid, mastocytosis, and histiocytosis.
  • Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome, a collaboration with ENT, GI, and pulmonary)
